Join me on the exciting journey that is Tech Leadership. After almost 10 years of experience working as a  leader and .NET engineer, I realized that the TEAM is the real power that drives each IT project. At the end of the day, it is this group of fantastic people who make it happen and deliver the goods. Unfortunately, a team without a real and engaged leader faces challenges that can be difficult to overcome. You, as a Tech Leader, can help them to venture into the unknown and become better engineers who can give better business value. This role, besides being a huge responsibility, making demanding and complex decisions, can be delightful and fulfilling as well.

I’m Adrian, and I’m glad to see you here. If you want to be a Tech Leader, there is no better place. I want to help engineers transition from Senior to Tech Leader position. We will travel outside the comfort zone sometimes, but as your guide, I promise it will be an exciting and useful experience. Your team is looking to you for leadership, so you have to show them direction, offer a clear path to their future and lead by example. I would also love to learn from your experiences in tech leadership as well. My dream is to create a place where leaders can share their experience and learn from each other. I hope this blog will be this type of place.

In my free time, I’m an amateur obstacle course runner. I also enjoy playing role-playing games as a dungeon master or just a player. I live in Warsaw, Poland with my wife and two daughters.
